Services / Free Case Review

Send the case. Get an honest first judgment in 48 hours.

A senior reviewer reads what you send and tells you whether China is worth comparing, including when the answer is no.

This is the only step that is always free, and the only step every family starts with. No account registration. No commitment. No sales follow-up before we understand the case.

Before You Submit

Common questions.

The first judgment is designed to be useful without forcing a commitment.

Will I be billed if I send the case?

No. The first judgment is always free. Paid services are proposed only after the review concludes that deeper work is useful, and only if you explicitly agree.

What if my records are incomplete?

That is common. Tell us what you have. If the case appears suitable, we will explain which records matter next.

Can I submit on behalf of a parent or family member?

Yes. Many submissions come from adult children or spouses. We will ask for the patient's authorization before any paid work begins.

Will my records be shared with hospitals?

Not during the free review. If you proceed to paid work, any record sharing is discussed first and limited to the agreed review or coordination scope.

What if China is not right for this case?

We tell you directly, in writing, with reasoning. The case closes. No fees, no follow-up unless you reach out again.

Send what you have. We will work with it.

Most families wait too long because they are not sure the case is serious enough or ready enough to ask. A clear summary is usually enough to tell whether the next step is worth taking.
